| Beschreibung |
SPHINCS+ is a standardized post-quantum secure hash-based signature scheme, which leaves the user the choice between very slow generation of decently sized signatures, or reasonably fast generation of huge signatures. The goal of the project is to study the replacement of some compoments from SPHINCS+ by other components to speed-up signature generation and shrink signature sizes. One such compoment is WOTS+, which may be replaced by WOTS+C, another component is FORS, which may be replaced by WORST. You will learn what these acronyms mean, but you need to bring some prior knowledge about the basics of cryptography. |
