Step into the world of DATA-MIRAGe, a graphic design course where logic takes a backseat and absurdity leads the way. Explore unocal visualizations—charts, graphs, and diagrams that look structured but serve no purpose, delighting in their complete uselessness. Through playful experimentation, you’ll learn to turn data aesthetics into surreal humor, creating graphics that confuse, amuse, and challenge the very idea of information. In the beginning, we are the hosts of the grafik class of Ingo Offermann from the HfBK Hamburg, where we are sharing one week of a very special customized workshop. By the end, you’ll master the art of designing visuals that appear meaningful, but exist purely for their absurd charm for a specific exhibition. |
